Overview

OneStone AI is a free desktop application, with an optional web dashboard at app.onestoneai.com. By downloading or using either, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and written in plain language.

The Software

• OneStone AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• The software runs locally on your machine. You are responsible for your own data, backups, and the API keys you configure.
• OneStone AI connects to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, Mistral, OpenRouter, Ollama) when you use chat features. Your use of those providers is subject to their respective terms.
• The software is free to use. We reserve the right to change pricing for future versions or premium features, with notice.

Your Data

The desktop app stores data on your local filesystem; we have no access to it. The web dashboard stores what you put in it in your own private space on OneStone Cloud, used only to provide the service to you, and you can delete your account and that data at any time. You own everything you create with OneStone — conversations, memory, knowledge, routines, and any generated content.

The onestoneai.com website provides information and downloads for OneStone AI. Site content is published under standard copyright unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneStone AI and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruption, or costs arising from AI provider usage.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
